hello friend I do not think non-veg food is unhealthy. Both veg and non-veg is good food but excess is anything bad for health. If you take non-veg food with care i.e. once in a week, with less quantity ,less spice, less oil etc. definitely it will not affect your digestive system. But over and above it is true veg food is the best food for health to keep your body fit & slim. I like both food. pkc3000

There is no way that's true & some one tells something like that, ask them for any sort of official Proof. I'm a pure non-veg & rarely eats veg but I never had any problem with my health till now & never heard of any such problems anywhere in my family. It's true that if eaten in excess can bring some problems like cholesterol & gaining weight, otherwise non-veg is the best thing to have if you want a good health. Happy Lotting

Hi,dsnachiever. If you don't eat veg, you'd better take some vitamins and minerals,or you will get dystrophy.

There is no problem in eating non-veg as it is also very important in our diet.Non-veg provides you complete proteins whereas vegetables lack in complete proteins. But you have to cook the food right.Choose the lean cuts and chicken brests and also avoid frying, better option is to grill.
