Sometimes, although we tried our best to do something, the rusults are not ideal even they are opposite to what we want exactely, shall we just enjoy the process,or always feel sorrowful at the results? wait for your opinion.

yeah, anyway, process is a precondition, although we donot know whether we will get reward for our efforts, what is definite is that we will not gain a good result if we don't do our best in the process.

For me the process is important, no matter what the outcome is. Sometimes, fate working a weird possible ways. Maybe the things that we want the most, but we fail to get it, and yet we achieved something that we never expected and it much better what we want at first. that's why, for me, at least I try and learn and not just sitting around and waiting for miracle, cause it will not happen that way. a least I try. Success or not, I know I have done my part.

I think that both process and result are important, but the most important is our performance. If we try our best during the process, we'll never regret though we may be disappointed of the result. I distinguish any work in two cases: If I do it for me, i.e to prove my ability, more than for the others, I'll take the process more important. If I do something for the others, I'll take the result more important.

Well i think you two of them is actually important. If the process is bad, then the result will be bad. You can expect to gain something by doing nothing, so from good process usually coma good result although some time good process still can make bad result. Well if that happened then at least you can say to your self that you already do the best.

Hi shally_hh, When it comes to process and result, different people may have different ideas. For me, the process is more important than the result. There are lots of people who have paid much attention to the results and minimized the importance of process. In fact, life is a journey and process is more valuable than the results. If people just concentrate on the the results, they may have no time to enjoy the beauty of process and lose precious experiences. Yes, if people want to enjoy a great life, you'd better concentrate on the process not the results.

I think a proccess is more important than result. We couldn't get a result again if we were bad on proccess.

The key of wisdom is living the 'now' moment. The constant projection of our actual thoughts into the future is what humanity is doing for thousands of years. And if we are looking at the results of today's society, I guess we cannot be too proud about it. If 'now' becomes your way of life, then the action is more important than the result. There are tons of wise pages in yoga, in hinduism, in zen, etc about the health that can be achieved by focusing on the action and not on the result. Why? Because as long as you are trying each and every second to make the best out of your action, fully enjoying it, the result can be only one. You' re just wasting precious present time for imagining the future, which will never be exactly as you projected it. That's the reason of disappointment when confronting with the result.
