How to create a blog in blogsvertise?

I read somewhere in mylot about blogsvertise, I surfed in the website and try to register but they told me to create a blog first. I am getting difficulties in creating the blog so I would like someone to help me....and moreover I would like to know if it is international or for only UK residents. Please help me?

Here is the way how to start it!
sign up a account at blogvertise! when you register you will be asked submit the url of your blog. submit it! Now the only things you need to do is waitting for approved.Your blog will be approved if the content of your blog is original,and your blog has set up for 3 months.

Getting a blog is easy and free if you choose blogger as a platform. Maintaining it is the worst and hardest part of blogging. It would take months to build a site or a blog. New blogs must be updated every week but all the hard part would pay off and money would start coming your way after a couple of months. You just need to be patience and willing to learn important stuff about blogging and SEO.
