I bought a few onions to cook, and having no time to cook, one day I suddenly found that it kept budding. There is no water and fertilizer, it growes green and fresh. So strange! Another thing, I cooked congee adding some mung beans, a few beans scattered in the floor, afterwards the seeds also budded and grew up! can't believe, it's very weird! My friend call them 'monster', she thought them are a horrible plant and asked me to dispose of them. I was reluctant and I enjoyed the process of growth, I admire their strong life force. Is there a same monster in your kitchen? Do you encounter the same guest? How do you get rid of the weeds?

no i have never encountered with anything like this, i think this was something special because any vegetable needs some water to grow it self and as you are saying that it was growing without it was something unusual.

yes, I guess it's because of the moisture there which makes vegetable grow in the kitchen, you know it's usually damp in the kitchen since we often prepare and wash some materials for dishes there.

Hi Emilycf, I wish I had your monster gifts in my kitchen, not one of my veggies manages to grow and mulitply itself, even the basil which grows in a pot has given up the ghost, and sprouting potatoes really aren't the best of things to have sitting around.

aha, poor guy, do you plant the basil and other plants unintentionally? I guess the monster sprouted due to the moisture in the kitchen, because the orientation of my kitchen is located towards north, here you know there is no sunlight. Try it next time in your north space^-^. good time.
