paypal or alertpay,which is better?

I cann't decide that paypal or alertpay,which is better?
I have a paypal account,but cashout from it is expensive in china,each time need 35$.
I am not familiar with alertpay, and it need address verified,that is not more convenient than paypal. Whether do I must have a alertpay account for receiving online earnings? Is alterpay's fee high? Thanks for your answers. Good luck to you!

Paypal is best for me atleast in my country. Easy to transfer money. And lots of sites support paypal payment

Thanks. Paypal is not very good. Fee is very expensive,and paypal often stop personal account. But every business company support it, so it is not very bad.

hi, yes, you can use alertpay, its fee is much lower than paypal, just be sure that it supports bank-transfer to your country.

If paypal is charging you 35$ than alerpay will charge you more than the paypal as there charges are more than the paypal.
There is another legit website LIBERTY RESERVE you can also go for this i think there charges are less than the paypal or you can add money to your visa card from paypal i think it will also be cheaper than others. Thats what i little know. happy mylotting

Sorry sir, I can't agree your advice. I am not familiar with alertpay, but I know paypal. Paypal's fee is most expensive than others.
