Taking challenges !

One of my net friends are facing the big pressure from study.He is at his Senior Grade Three,and becomes so nervous on his study that he cannot fall asleep at night,and always worrys too much,even some imaginary enemies live in his mind who he thinks will steal his books and throw away to keep him from entering an ideal college. I had talked so much to him,but it made no difference.He can understand all the logic,but he just cannot control himself.All this lead to a slump of the work quality,he had done the best work during his first two years in his class. I even suggested him to see his psychologist,he said he had done it,but it's does not work. I just donnot know what to do...

Good question . It is common thing in students that the fear on study almost upsets their life.It is the pressure of exams which are in their mind.Students are afraid of what is going to happen in exams.This fear didn't let them sleep at night.I request them to take the following steps: 1.They should do exerises regularly.Yogas and pranayams give wonderful results. 2.They should sleep well so that they remain fresh throughout the day. 3. Fear should be removed from their minds. 4. They must sleep early to avoid some disease. 5. Finally Guidance from their parents is must.

That's common,and everybody is supposed to go through.I think it's not essential to see a doctor. It's not a big deal,there are too much pressure wait him to encounter and handle with in the future.What's more,it's time to let him walk on the steps to be a man. My suggestion, just have rest,maybe couple of days,simple and effective.
