How to deal with your stupid annoying colleague?

I'd make it a point to let him him know that he's delusional, hard headed, and now that pleasant ot be around. The hard part is doing this in a way that would actually get threw to the annoyance. Some people like to live in s fantasy world where they are some sort of a super being, and all others are nothing. One-upmanship, I think, would be the ideal process of dealing with the problem. Outclass the fool by doing your job, and not letting their lameness get in the way of your progress. They'll have to shut up sooner or later. Otherwise, they'll be stuck in whatever position they are in, while everyone else is advancing.

Hey what im telling you really works believe i do this all the time . look since all of you are annoyed with him , its good now create a majority and next time surround him and let any one slip a nasty comment like 'hey you look cool ' and when he just opens his mouth and say thanks shoot him with a 'just kidding dont feel gay about it now '. And every one should laugh like their balls were tingled ! just watch his face then !
