i was really diappointed when caught my gym buddies this morning using juice and ask him why he is using juice, he said to give him edge to the up coming competition, but i called it cheating, i confronted him that it's illegal to use juice in any competitions or sports, he just said to me, "if juice is to be banned for bodybuilders the competition will not be exciting and entertaining, people will not get what they are expecting, hulk like muscles and nobody is complaining co'z everybody on the stage is using it", but i told to myself, many people have become successful bodybuilders while remaining natural and it's more rewarding than relying for quick fix...so my muscle head buddies, so what do you think? are you in favor of excemption for the banned of juice/roids for bodybuilders or not?...for me i'm strongly against it, besides it's cheating, the health risks sorrounding steriods heavily out weight the few benefits...

I agree. It is cheating. It takes away from the sport of bodybuiding. The big health risk isn't worth it. The users should regroup and read up on some of the long term effects of steriods. You did the right things by bringing it to their attention. No matter who the rules are for professional or non-professional, it is still not the right thing to do.

...like the previous response qouted, in bodybuilding competition it is competition itself but for crowd it is event, to entertain, so my best advise is if you are competing and you really can't avoid to use roids, go ahead and did yourself into it but bear in mind the consequences to your health, but for those not competing, think it over...seek medical advise not your muscle advise of your gym buddies

I once saw an interview with former wrestler Terry funk and they asked him his thoughts about stereoid use in professional wrestling. The thing he said that made sense was that wreslting isn't considered a sport, it's intertainment. guys aren't really competing with one another, they're putting on a show for an audience. My thoughts on bodybuilding competition is that, yes it is a competition, but it's really any event where people are onstage showing off their muscles. They aren't physically competing with one another the same way a football or basketball player is. It's to my knowledge that these bodybuilders are using steroids to get better muscle tone an become more ripped. Everyone knows the conciquences of using these substances in the long run so it's their choice to do so. At the same time it is still a competition, and guys are giving themselves a more better edge to have a better muscle tones deffinitioned body by using steroids over the guy who's been busting his butt and working out for years to develop his body naturaly. My opinion on steroids has always been " you still have to excersise and workout with or without any kind of substance you take". It's not like guys are taking roids and just sitting around on their a$$ for six weeks an put on muscle.

...hi thier!!...yeah you're right, it's really choice to make if they want to dip themselves to roids, if they feel happy about it...but same as you i don't support roids...even if theirs what they called "cycdos" (cycling the dosage)....thanks for shreding your thoughts on this...have a nice day!!

They have to use it at their own risk. And let them suffer the consequences. I think those guys are matured enough and are not clueless of the negative effects of steroids on the body. Cheers!

I completely agree with you! I believe that it IS cheating, but he does have a point... but if you do it yourself you will feel much more accomplished. Also, if you use steroids you may feel proud at first, but you will always know that you used a substance to help you achieve something you could have done naturally if you put your mind to it. Steroids are completely idiotic.
