what's your opinion on overworking?

There're too much pressures for people to make a living in modern times.To keep a good job,so many people don't refuse overworking.So there must be less time for ourselves,for the families,for meeting friends etc.. What will you do,if you have to overwork in next three weeks?You may have to work more than 12hours a day.Do you often overwork?I bet you must have overtime wages,right?

I don't like to do overwork, because many factory don't give the overtime wages to us, so it's cruel to do more overworking. However some urgent condition, I will do my overtime work, eg. meet customers at the weekend, but didn't get any more wages.

If I were you,I'd like to do this kind of overtime work.Hehe,I can excise my oral english:)We don't have ovetime wages neither,poor factory.

I don't like to do it- but I do anyway. I have a mandatory 4 hours overtime right now- but I won't complain because I need the money . But sometimes it gets tiring.

It's the most important reason why people keep overtime working,though they don't like to.We need the money.I totally agree with you.

Well I do agree with you that overtime working is something not desirable. The employers make perfect use of the recession to force people to work over time and don even give the overtime wages. In the IT industry, there is no concept called as overtime and overtime wages. If a task is given you need to finish it before you go home. And during delivery people have sat 18 hours at work and come back again in another 6 hours time to the office to resume work. This i believe is gross violation of human rights. People want their jobs hence they have no other go than to do things like this!

Yes,we always say human rights,but the companies will noe pay attention on it.They need people to work accodting to there rules.You don't like to,there're thousands of people will do.Who cares about us? We overtime work,we get wages.Though we're forced to woek,to some degree,it's fair.But in many countries.people have no overtime wages,pity people they're,pity people we are!
