Hey, I have never had such an experience. I was just wondering how did you answer. LOL! I would most likely wanted to walk out.

After recovering from the shock of hearing such a question, I told the interviewer that donuts have holes for easier grip when dunking them in coffee.
By the way this interview was for a call center agent position I tried to applied during the times I wanted to change careers.

hi earth2jacq hi again. the oddest questions I have
ever been asked was did you ever attend a communist meeting, did you ever sign up with communists? no and no. the job I applied for and got was working as a page in my local library and I have yet to understand why those questions were even in there. I was told later that at that time we all had to have security clearance and I still do not know why. this was years after the McCarthy crap. I guess those were left over questions from decades before as those who came after me did not need security clearance. it was just a local library, one of many branches of the orange county library system. very odd.
