How many of you make list to get done in the day? How many finish that list of things to do? I am just curious because I make list all the time but I find that sometimes I don't get them done. Making it so I have to add those things on the list for the next day. Thanks in advance. Ainge

I generally get the majority of things done on my lists, but not often all of them. What's fun(ny) is when you're going through papers that are a few years old and you find an old to-do list--makes you appreciate your change in percieved importance of certain events and activities.

That is true about the history of old list. Good note on that one. I try to get everything done on my list but don't a great deal of the time. Ainge

Yes, I make lists for everything. If I don't have a list, and I go to the mall, I tend to overspend because I just pick out things that look interesting to me whether I need them or not. If I didn't have a list of daily tasks, my bosses would fire me and nothing would ever get done. The rule of my life is if it's not in either of my two day planners (one electronic and one actual) it's not happening because I'll forget about it. When I was not single, I used to put "hang out with girlfriend" in my day planner so I would know I had promised her that evening. I'm seriously lost with no planner. I run around like a chicken with my head cut off until I find the book.

I always make lists, even though I know most things on it won't be done. I actually started putting silly things on my list, like: Wake Up Take shower Go to work Etc. I really like crossing things off my list, so by putting these easy tasks on the list I'm guaranteed at least a few items will get done.
