Why milk is white?

milk - White milk
Milk is white because contains white colored fat, and because the molecules that make up Casein and cream reflect light.

Me I thougt it was the milk protein who was white :s

actually milk is not white. milk is colourless. but the grease in mil reflects light and so it looks like the milk is white :)
