Clixsense do not pay via Paypal they pay through cheque. That is why there is not Cash Out button. They will send the cheque to the address provided by you. Make sure you have provided them the right address. Clixsense make the payment on 10th of every month.

Go to 'my account' and then to 'details' and you can insert your address there.

There is no payout button in clixsense. You just wait till you get to whatever you've set your minimum to (I have mine set to $50, but it can go as low as $10, and you set it somewhere in your profile) and when you reach that, they'll send you your payment, minus $3 for some kind of cheque fee. They send your payment to your postal mail box in the form of a cheque. I've been a member since Apr 1st 2007, and I've been paid many times.
