So far the internet address Were limited to 26 characters A-Z ,10 numerals and the hyphen , the non-profit body that oversees internet address approved the use of Hebrew ,hindi, korean and other scripts not based on the latin alphabet in a decision that could make the Web Dramatically more inclusive. The Countries how ever can request Only one Suffix for each of their official languages.

if this will happen it would be a big mess dealing with IP addresses then CISCO and other proprietary company will have big headache because the arabs, indian, chinese and other languages will make their own subnet of their own languages. Translating these multi-languages can really cause of delay browsing in each individuals.
