my service is a motorcycle everyday going to and from work. Before I started riding on one, I said that I'll never do that. But when I had a boyfriend that has a motorcycle, well it scared me but now its thrilling being on one. I can feel the wind on my face and the chill of the air makes me want to hug my bf more. Haha! Would you ride on one or have you been riding? How do you feel? Scared or excited?

Hi redphile, I have never been afraid of motorcycles and for most of my life, I have always owned one kind of bike of some kind. There are many people that are afraid of bikes and getting on something with two wheels and be so exposed to the elements. I have always been a biker and there is nothing more exhilarating that taking the bike out for a spin at the weekend

That does sound fun. Nothing better than to be able to pack up the gear and tour around on a bike. Some people love taking road trips in a car but it is so much better on a bike.

I wouldn't say that this scares me, quite the contrary! I love the idea of riding a motorcycle even though I don't have one of my own. I'm sure that there are a lot of thrills to be had and it sounds like a very exciting thing to do. I believe there are risks involved but that goes with the package. I had this down as one of my goals! I want to learn how to ride a motorcycle and haven't had the opportunity as yet due to financial problems. If I ever get around to doing this I will be very excited on the day! Andrew

I don't think I am daring enough to want to ride a motorcycle. My late husband's family were avid motorcycle riders. His father even worked in the motorcycle industry until he retired a few years ago. I was offered a ride many times but all I could see was me falling off. No motorcycle confidence for me!

I enjoy riding in a motorcycle if the driver is not reckless driver and always set a precautionary measures. Although, I despise riding on a motorcycle if it is not properly clean, the driver have no discipline and very arrogant. I would not make myself ride on him unless he change the momentum of his fast driving. As i now most of the vehicular the road involves a motorcycle. Especially if the driver have no helmet very fast to drives would surely met an accident unless one makes a lowdown.

yeah some bikers do it for fun and take for granted the safety measures. Those who doesnt have discipline like drunk drivers. They should be stripped of their licenses if caught.

Yes, I am really afraid of riding a motorcycle. For most people, motorcycling is a great deal of fun. But it's very important to learn how to ride a motorcycle safely. Sometimes, people ride it just for fun and pay no attention to the security, then carelessness may often lead to serious problems. You see, in my country, the government has take measures to forbid people to ride motorcycle on the road for its high-risk. In my opinion, people really should be careful when riding motorcycle, especially when they feel excited.

I am a motorcycle mechanic and I ride everyday. it is fun and as long as you re careful it is safe. The only scary part is the other drivers in their cars on the road not paying attention.

I'm not scared. I guess it really depends on the driver. I grew up riding a motorcycle. Our dad used to take us to different trips when we were still kids.

Riding a motorcycle is very exciting indeed, i also uses it to go to work since my workplace is about 50 KM from my house, but be careful though, because riding a motorcycle can be dangerous, i got a few broken bones disfigured pinky thanks to my many accidents, so always obey the laws of the road, and always wear your helmet and body protector.

I used to own a 750cc motorbike years ago and it was real fun. I can spend the whole day with my wife on that huge monster going to different nearby provinces. The thing with bike riding is the time you are really scared is when you are already at home and recalls your experiences on the road especially the near misses. When you are on the road, nothing really scares you.

I love motor cycles. I have been riding a motor cycle for the last twenty five years. The only problem is I have been riding only 100, 125 and 150 cc powered motor cycles. I always wanted to ride a powerful motor cycle like Harley Davidson.Unfortunately, because of the government restrictions, we do not have any powerful motorcycles, and the maximum power is 500cc of Royal Enfield Bullet motor cycles, which are quite heavy and you can only cruize in this bike. Riding a motor cycle, is something which cannot be described in words. Particularly it will be very enjoyable to have a girl friend like you in the back.(well when I was young my wife also used to do the same thing, and at times she even used to kiss my neck)

ahaha good for you and your wife. 25 yrs is a long time, that gives you a lot of experience on the road. Well we only have 125cc since we only use it for short trips. Safety first! Thanks!

I have only ever been a passenger on motorcyles. I love them! I would love to get my licence but I think its very expensive and riding them can be complicated. My husband has his licence and has had various bikes on and off and I have always loved riding on the back of them. Hugging in close and zooming along country roads in the sunshine is so much fun! The roads are very bad where we live now with many potholes and bad stretches of tarmac so it would be too dangerous to ride here. I miss the thrill of his motorbike!

thats true thats why I love being the passenger. I just sit there at the back and hug my partner. So much fun.

I thinks its fun riding a motorcycle. My father used to have a motorcycle when i was a kid and he used it in going to work. However, there was a time when my father met an accident with his motorcycle. We thought we're gonna lose him that time. However, God is good and he let my father survive the accident.
