After i reached 500 mark,i used to utilize the facility to cut and paste the matter wherever require.I got doubt that if i use that facility of cut & paste while participating mylot, the earnings are same for both cut & paste and our own writing?

I have been with Mylot for a very long time now and have done alot of experimenting here. I cannot tell the difference in earnings either way. I think it is the same.

Hi friend, Basically copy paste is allowed after 500 post because many people join here only for referrals and keep on spamming discussions that's why and about copy paste i use them to paste some source links or something like that. We cannot copy paste other articles as it is prohibited. The discussion guideline states that " Post copyrighted articles or photos please link to them." http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx

I copy and paste links to identify my sources of information. There were a few articles I worked on for several days on my TextEdit application, and then copy and pasted that when I was ready. Both are legitimate uses of the feature, and it makes me sad that myLot resorts to this to people who do not have 500 posts yet. I remember on an earlier post I posted a link where a provided a link for more information, and the next poster posted (most likely by copy and paste) the article I linked. And s/he got the best response.

Yes it comes out the same, but if you just copy and paste things word for word and don't reveal the source it could be a copy right violation, so always when you copy in paste it is important to say who the words came from, never just copy and paste with out quoting the sourse where you the information from. Make sure to give credit where credit is due.
