What is your Birthstone? Do you like it?

For those of you who dont know the birthstones for each month, I will list them for you.
January-Garnet
February-Amethyst
March-Aquamarine
April-Diamond
May-Emerald
June-Pearl
July-Ruby
August-Peridot
September-Sapphire
October-Opal
November-Topaz
December-Turquoise
I personally love my birthstone, its a diamond. My sons is an opal, and it looks so feminine to me. My daughters is a peridot, which to me is ugly, its a pukey green color. lol

I am a May baby, so my birthstone is emerald. I like it... if it is REAL emerald. I don't like the manufactured fake ones, they are kind of ugly. Real emerald is a really pretty green though, and I would love to get me some jewelry made with emerald in it.

My birthstone is emerald. I personally don't care for it but there's not much that I can do about it :)

Garnet...not a huge fan but better than the August birthstone...but that is just my opinion

Mine is Amethest, and yes, it is one of my favorite colors, I also like my daughters whitch is Topaz.

I love my birthstone - it's sapphire according to your list - according to a native indian birthstone list september is Turquoise, so accordingly I wear both!

welll according to the list its RUBY for me, personally i dont wear any rings of such stones since i dont believe in them whether they have any effect on our soul or when you mean to say BIRTHSTONE it should have some benefits of it on us, would like to know more about it, do you have any reference where can i get information about it.
