Hi ! The person who owns/ uses this telephone no and +966-568938591 +966-565261976, has been harrasing me and my son by repeatedly making missed / blank calls and using abusive and vulgur language. I would be highly appreciative of anyone who can provide me any sort of clues as to who these people maybe.

You immediately call the police officers and they arrange for recording the voices and trace the origin from the phone calls are made and catch the culprit.

I tried googling the numbers. What country are you in? You can search the phone book website in your country, do a reverse phone look up
