I am having the issue with my blog on blogg the new post isn't available at url.

Yesterday i had posted a new article about Nasa with 2 pictures on it on my blogger post but it seemed okay when i review it and saved it,but when i visit the blog by its own url then the post wasn't there,even the Gadget i removed plus the previous deleted post was there,so i removed the cookies from all browsers then tried again but nothing had changed,and still it was and now it is as it was lastnight.but when i am trying to visit my blog through IP evading site then i found it updated.! So my question is whats the matter makes it difficult to view the updated blog,? or is it a glitch on blogger system.?
