Do you smoke? Drink coffee? Close your eyes? How do you 'take a break' at the office or at work? or when you're doing something that kept you busy and you had a few minutes to spare? I usually drink cold water, and just sit and close my eyes. How about you?

I take a walk to meet a friend, have a small chat exchange notes. Otherwise I meet up with someone who shares his interests with me and begin a mini discussion. If I do not have that kind of break time, I do carry books of my interest always in my bage I will simply pick it up and read a few pages.

Reading is a good way, but I don't think it's an option for most of the people whose work is in front of the computer the whole day.

Laydee, you must take your eyes off the computer screen for some time in a day!?! A computer may be beautiful but there is lot of beauty around that needs be seen for sometime for your poor eyes' sake!

I have a lot of ways to take a break and relieve stress. These are: 1.) Play computer games. 2.) Eat a lot of food. especially, burgers and fast food. :) 3.) I check the net for my social networking sites 4.) I take a power nap for 5 minutes.
