Problem with 'Edit profile' on 'myLot'

I have a problem when I try to edit my profile. When I click on 'edit profile' it takes me to a page which says 'loading sortie' and it stays there for hours and nothing happens. I then go to control/alt/delete to stop working that page
What could be wrong?
