I have to say watching "Sunny, with a chance of Meatballs" in 3-D changed my perspective completely about the whole 3-D. BEFORE this happened, I was thinking, yeah, I could live without it, no biggie. But now that I've actually seen a movie in 3-D, and I'm talking NEW 3-D, not that 3-D you remember as a kid--3-D! It was soo cool. I couldn't help thinking back at all the movies I've seen and hoping to see it AGAIN in 3-D. Particularly my hopefuls are: Star-wars (Revenge of the Sith and the Clone Wars) Curse of the Golden Flower (2006) I think 3-D is going to totally take off--maybe Blu-Ray and 3/d will become the same?? Still, I wonder...is that good for your eyes?? It look me about 15 minutes to get used to the glasses they gave me in the theater.

the last 3D movie that i watched was coraline, and i totally loved it, it was a pretty magical experience for me, on par with watching 300 at the IMAX.

I'm too old fashioned, I guess, I don't like 3D. I watch movies to escape reality and when they are so real it's no longer escapism for me. I doubt that it's good for your eyes, as it uses devices like those glasses to change the perception. As an occasional novelty, I don't mind 3D but I would not want to see all movies go to this format.

I think movies are a good way to pass the time, and I think going to the movie theater is always fun even though it is getting really expensive which makes it harder for some people to go to the movies, and I have never seen a movie in 3-D and I am not sure how I feel about it,because you would have to wear the weird glasses which seem like a pain to me,even though it might would be fun,and I am sure there would be some movies that would be totally kick butt to see in 3-D.
