do you keep doing sports everyday ?

hi~ mylotters .you know nowadays people are getting more and more busy ~ but do you still keep doing sports everyday ?like runing for several minute in the morning or take a walk in the evening ? i like sports very much ,and i would like doing exercise to keep healthy and strong ~ i usually get up at 6:30 and runing for about 30 minute ,that would keep me in good spirite for the whole day ~ how about you ?my friends ~

Wow, Huangdang, you are really diligent! As I know, you always go to bed around 12:00 at night. And to get up at 6:30am means you have less than seven hours sleeping. Will you feel sleepy or tired at day time? I haven't do exercise for a long time. Anyway, I walk to the place I work and back my apartment everyday. It takes me about 25 minutes in total. Yeah, I feel I am really too busy to take sports, and being lazy Have a great day and happy mylotting.

hi~ my sis , i'm back ! aha , it's ok for me to sleep less than 7 hour everyday ~ cause i kept that habbit since i was in high school ,hehe , it's definitely for you that you do not have enought time to do excercise , maybe you could try to go out on week days , to try some soft sport with your little baby ! hahaha ,i think it's wonderful ! good luck to you ~! and i gotta say i really miss you these day ! my dear sis ~

doing sports make me happy and health.it is good to know that you enjoy sports and actually into all most of the day.i hope that i can regain my persinal interest in sports in general and do some exercise on a regular basis. it is very helpful and healthy to take time to do some exercise.so i often go out for a walk or play basketball with my friends.

hi~ my friend , i'm sorry that i did not reply in time ~ ~ aha ,i like baskeball very much ,i could play basketball twice at least a week ! i could see that most of employees have not enought time to do exercise everyday ~ so i suggest you could try to do some outdoor activities with your friends or families on weekdays ~ like ride a bike around a park nearby ~! good luck to you ~ and happy mylotting !

Hi Huangdangwu, You have a good habit of running for 30 minutes daily, I appreciate that you can get up so early. My working hours started at 8:00am, I get up at 7:00 and can not find spare time to take exercise. Do not think it is an excuse for me. After graduation, I seldom take exercise and now recognized that the immune system is getting decreased now. I am planning to do some simple sports after work, saying doing the yoga or just taking a walk would be good for health. Have a nice day.
