Are you close to yout fellow worker???

I'm a shy type of person actually. I don't get along with other people easily. every time i meet a new person i wouldn't speak to him/her right away. Instead i will wait for that person to ask questions to me. It took me a month to get along with my coworkers because i find it hard to establish rapport with them. They are all good to me and now in my 1 year plus stay in the company, i consider them my brothers and sisters already. I even talk to my boss like my dad now.

I do not work now but when I did I got along with most of my coworkers. There were 2 coworkers who thought they were the boss and tried telling everyone else how to do their work. Most of us just did not pay any attention to those two.

I get along easily with everyone. I am very close to my Department. We work as one, as a team. We usually have tension with the other departments workwise but outside work, we are all good friends. Office politics will never get lost but its the way management handles it that will make everything better.

I have been working in this company for 3 years. i know my fellow workers. some of them are good friends. but i have some egocentric friends. it's always fun to get close with good friends. but i've never been close with egocentric friends.
