how to handle frustration???

i always/// felt frustrated when sometimes... i cannot meet my expectations.. but sometimes we have to accept things out... that there are things that i am out of control.... but on my second thoughts... i can... accept but i always help myself not to go beyond too much frustrations........... sometimes.. i felt so much self pity.... i just keep looking at the brightest sides which is sometimes.. i thought too impossible.......one thing that keep me always.. is to be with God,, and talk... what about you .. what can you tell about this..

Do some physical activities. Jogging is a good thing to do. If possible go and do participate in some outdoor games. Target is sweating. Sweating helps in reducing frustration. If you are not much easy with physical exhaustions, then you can do some meditations and give self sugestion to get rid of the causes making you frustrated. Thank you.

hehhehhe.. thank you for that wonderful suggestions... but you know what we are almost the same habits.... it was also happen to me... i dont want to think what happen all i wanna know is to stay and enjoy food that.. but my problem at the end is my weight.... but sometimes... when i am so much frustrated.. i really dont have an appetite.. even if that is the most delicious food.. but then i cannot even taste a single bud from eat// thats how i hate myself... so much.......

I know its very difficult to get out of frustration but the easiest way to handle is to stay positive and be strong and left every thing on all mighty.As some situations seems out of control which cannot be changed according to ours wish.So take it easy say happy.calm and cool.Take a deep breath and try to find various ways to tackle your problems.All you can do is doing sincere efforts rest is on god.
