The letter is written to the previous school principal asking for them to give the Birth Certrificate of my sister as we are sending her to a new school since September,2009
This is the letter I have written:
Respected Sir/Madam,
Request of Birth Certificate
I, the undersigned is the parent of (child name) who (School Name) till Grade 6, herewith request you to issue her Birth Certificate as we have the need to submitting her Certificate at the new school in which I have admitted my daughter,(Child name).
Please do the needfil and oblige.

As There is a need of that original birth certificate in the new school where is going to be joined. So, kindly do the needful and oblige.
