Do we have to invest in Neobux for viewing advertisements ?

Hello friends,
I've seen many of our mylotters are earning through the neobux website also. So out of curiosity i also registered in neobux. After logging in , if you click the view advertisement tab , they are asking us to pay a $5 for getting and viewing the paid advertisements. I'm confused and henceforth didn't proceed with that.
Is neobux a genuine or scam site ? Share me your experience with neobux.
And also suggest me some genuine PTC websites.

I have never experienced that either. But I will admitt that in the beginning, I was very confused about how the site works. But I have been with them for almost 12 months now and I have remained as a free member.
