Facebook...
I think most of the people also got a facebook account. Actually what is the main purpose with Facebook? I cannot be deny that i found quite a lot of long lost friend through Facebook. But, most of the time i am addicted on the game. For example, Barn Buddy, Happy Farm, Cafe World and others. I will log in to Facebook everyday because of the game. it has became part of my routine job.
Most of my colleague they are addicted to the game too. Some they even will wake up in the midnight to harvest vegetable and fruits. Some even throw the baby to their spouse to look after it.
How about you? Do you have it? What do you do with Facebook?

yah just like u, i enjoy facebook's applications especially farmville and cafe world... i like to take time harvesting my plants hehehe and sometimes getting not in to the mood whenever i forgot to harvest and my plants became withered... kinda addicting.

Yup, most of my friends and colleague, our topic will be like i have stole your grapes today.
Somemore, my friend mum also addicted to the game. Sometime, I am not infront of the computer, I even will call to my partner to help me on it, like harvest and serve the food.
I think we are addicted to it...

Well, there are two groups of people that use facebook, the first one is the people who want to brag about their social lives, to brag about their vacation to France and so on, the second group are the people are the ones who don't have any real friends, and they socialize online. And i also forgot, some people are there just to chat with their friends, i mean use facebook like a telephone, just talk.
I don't have facebook, i believe it is a waste of time.
That's just my opinion, sorry if i offended someone xD

I have to admit that I use Facebook mainly to get connected to my friends and keeping in touch with friends all around the world. I don't play all those games in there. But, my daughter does and she is like so addicted to that Farmville thing and she like plays 2 - 3 times a day and each time is about an hour. That is over the weekend. My wife is the same too and she is also like so addicted to those games in there. I really can't understand it ......

Yes, the Facebook really keep us connected with a lot of friends that we seldom met. Maybe you try to play some game there, then you can discuss with ur daughter about it. I will think that she will very happy with you. I think that as long as don't waste too much time on it, i think should be no problem. for me, is a way to release stress

Yup, i am agree to you. sometime i like to browse throught my friend list, browse through their photo. and from there, i will know that how are they. and sometimes will leave a message to them. and somemore, we know that our friend is in bad mood, then i will leave a message to cheer them up...

I have it and I also play one game a lot...farm town...my girlfriend dragged me into it:P The purpose of every site is to attract you and keep you for as long as it can. Facebook is great because you really can add your long lost friends there and have a quick chat but I also think people aren't very smart...to play farm games when u can find so many better games even online games but most off all why do people do so many quizzes just to find out if they are justin or 50 cent or beyonce or what type of vegetable they are...but once people start spreading the word, and there is a lot of promotion for a site it becomes the best thing ever...

I also joined facebook, I couldn't figure it out at first, but now I mostly log on to play games. I enjoy cube crash and farmville. I usually do not write on people's walls, except to wish birthday greetings. I have found a few friends and relatives also. I really do not find it interesting, so I will spend all of my facebook time playing the games.

The main purpose is to get people connected. I have found many cousins and distant cousins throgh facebook. I think it's great. I am addicted to farville, cafeworld and happyfish. Anyone else addicted to these games also?

Facebook is jsut another social networking site, it has slightly better applications than myspace, but it allows more interactive between people with a cleaner more spam free interface than myspace.

I have signed up with facebook long time ago. But I was not really active there. Just a few days ago I signed in again and was really surprised that I was able to discover a lot of friends out there. I have not joined started with any applications since I barely have time to do such. But I do find the site very useful in finding out new and old friends.

I do enjoy Farmville too, it's just like feeling sometimes that when you get bored at the city you go to the farm to breath fresh air and harvest fruits and vegetables. It's also a routine for me to check at facebook my everyday message from God, in "God's Want You To Know". I can check updates with friends as well.

jessyca, imagine the entire population of facebook doing that - Barn Buddy et al. Won't it be more productive to plant a real garden? My daughters and other relatives are also addicted to the Mafia Wars. What good will that do?

I like Facebook because you feel you're surrounded by your friends, even when you're sitting surrounded by your pets at your PC. I have found long lost friends and lovers too via Facebook. They've come looking for me. I have a Buddhist monk as one of my friends and he keeps posting uplifting stuff that makes everyone think about the important things in life.

I joined Facebook a couple of months ago, and I LOVE it. I found a lot of people that I graduated high school with on there, and a lot of my out-of-state family members are on there as well. I don't even use my MySpace account anymore...lol. I think Facebook is a place for people to share their ideas and opinions with friends and family, and a place for friends and family to stay connected and communicate with each other for free (no long-distance phone calls). I like the Honesty Box feature. :)
