after having a word with somebody,i feel a cold anger rising in my heart.i felt myself being taken advantage .my thoughts are stirred and it becomes impossible for me to concentrate any more.it is not the first time that i found myself a quick-tempered person.if there is something unsettled in my mind,i just couln't leave it there ,turn to something else, then go back to look at it again.i want to settle it at once. well,i do know that some others can.i have no idea how they manage to.'cause this quick temper is always killing me.

I knw what you mean, but sometimes we just have to move on. So yeah i can carry on working even if im upset cause in the end i feel if those people hurt you then they are not worth my time to be sad about. Just think about yourself and not the people who are hurting you cause they dont care if they can go around and make you upset... :D

well ami, for some people it becomes difficult to control the emotions. for a person like me, i don't share my feelings with people in that case, i am controlled most of the times. even if i am upset over something, i very easily hide it behind a smile... i feel distracted from work or anything but try to conceal what is bothering me... somehow i feel letting others know about what is going in my mind would not help me in any way. happy myLotting!!

to conceal what is going on in one's mind is kind of hard for me.i never perform it well.is this skill by nature or developing as we age,i really wonder it.

I also have a quick temper. I lose my temper very quickly and also have the habit of brooding over situations. There are lots of times when I feel hurt and taken advantage of. However I have learnt the hard way that brooding and losing temper does not help. It only worsens the situation. So I try to distract myself with doing something positive like my hobbies or work. Then I feel good about myself for not having lost my temper. Best way is to avoid the people and situations which make you feel bad about yourself.

For most people, when they get upset and then they may stop working amy longer. Yes, if one are feeling happy and throw all our heart into the work. But then, someone disturb us, whether they realized it or not. At that time, most people may feel stirred and can't pay much attention to their work at hand. In fact, I often meet such a situation and everytime I will try my best to continue my work again, but it is next to impossible for me to work with a higher efficiency. We really should learn to focus on our work and ignore all side effects around us.

You sound a bit emotional. I get upset but if there is something I have to do, I set aside my feelings and get the job done. I think it is harder if you let your feelings get in the way. A lot of things can happen like if you need to concentrate, you cannot do so, then you end up having more things to do in the end. Managing your temper for some people is not easy but try and find ways to do this to make your life easier. I wish you the best.

As much as physical conditions are important, so also spiritual aspect of a person is. I struggle like you too and I think at some point of time everyone faces that. Sumtimes, health issues are also the reason. Breathing exercise and simply relaxing also helps.

well even i loose my temper very often but i believe in that one should not let personal things like anger mainly into our profession coz it might ruin our career tats y i would control my temper nd get back to work as soon as possible.it is gud practice to control our senses coz we have no right to show it at our work place.gud day.
