Blogger is hell.i am trying to solve this problem with blogger since 15 days....

I have made almost 8 blogs on blogger and removed 5 so far.just because of the confusion and Glitch i found in blogger,which is not the big one but just the updating process which they blaim on browsers cache and cookies but i have tried all the solutions and still not able to find update and changes i made last week on my blog except on the preview option.does anybody here suffering this issue as well.? or know the solution for it.? In the beggining it works fine like 2 or 3 postings but suddenly the page appears to be hangs on a condition when it was longtime ago....
