Smiling is the best remedy for everyone. Its not costly and everyone knows how to do it. You do not need to be rich or poor to smile. Look at the mirror in the morning and give yourself a smile and your life throughout the day would shine. Lets try saying something without and with a smile. It makes alot of diference. Lets bright the days with a smile on our face.

Hi, Its very difficult to keep smile on face everyday.now days life and living become so uneasy that finding of smile is difficult. But we do the thing which gives us more happyness. Because in life everytime things are not happen in our favour. Again smile on face everytime not indicate that we are happy. For some people smile is tool to hide their sadness and unhappyness. Seeing me smile may be a rare moment in life, lol. I've been really busy most of my life, and I guess I never really got to stop and enjoy everything for a while. Sometimes, I'm too tired to smile. Other times, I'm probably too soaked into what I'm doing. But I attempt to smile once in a while. When I see cute little kids walking with their mom, and smile at them. When someone says something hilarious in one of my classes, I laugh. I guess it really depends. My life is pretty crazy...

I'm always smiling =) yeah, I think when I see a person who's smiling, that means he's in a good mood and shows me I can easily talk to him. So I try to smile whenever I can, and when I see someone I know. You know, nobody likes to see a person who's with no smile, because most the time you're smiling = you're happy~~

I naturally smile a lot and my kids do the same. When they were little, people would tell me: she made my day with her big smile. I see some people for some reason don't smile, maybe they are sad or they had a bad day. But some others almost never smile, what a pity. I personnaly tend to like people who smile at me. Good news that it reduces our stress, another reason to smile heh? Have a good day.

It makes the world easier to face with a smile. Lives are filled with so much everyday frustrations and tensions. Greeting the world with a scowl or frown just adds more discouragement. They say it's harder to frown than to smile. So give a smile a chance and see what happens!

I think this happens and its true about the phrase. If we smile at any one others also will smile in reacting to that. I like to have a smile when I go across my higher officials and my friends often. That might keep us happy and free from stress as you said. And too smiling will keep our face glittering, fresh and youthful. Have a smiling day ahead my friend.

I work in a hotel, and behind every door that a waiter or any staff uses to enter any public area of the hotel there is a smiley sign with "SMILE' underneath. Why do our employers want us to smile to people? Because it makes them (people) happy or at least it does not remind them that this is a real world. They are on holidays so they need o see people smiling all the time to feel contend, to feel important to forget their everyday problems. But how can you do this all the time. Look happy and smile. I envy people that manage it as I know them that they have personal and financial trouble. Still a smile is always on the face !! I do not get it.
