What is your favorite animal to have as a pet?

I wish to have a dog if i have the time to care for it

I have a German Shepheard. Lola is quite naughty but I wouldn´t have another. Her personality is quite diferent from Misty, my last dog. She also was a Geramn Shepherd but Misty was as good as Lola is naughty. Still I wouldn´t want another kind of animal friend.

I have two dogs, five cats, two rats, three fish, six chickens and a pig called Arnold. I live on acreage and I love all of my animals. My dogs are my favourite pets (I know I shouldn't say that..don't tell the others!) because they just give me so much love every day without fail. They sleep on my bed, and they are right next to me now. One night a couple of weeks ago they both decided to sleep on their own bed for once and I had a lot of trouble getting to sleep with out them! They are fantastic hot water bags when it is cold. I like pets and I think pets add color and meaning to a life that would otherwise be dull and pointless and I do not think I would or could survive without animals in our house because it would be too quiet and right now we have two chihuahuas and two cats as my family has always been a dog and cat family and my favorite pet to have would be a tie between chihuahuas because they are easy to maintain,do not eat much,and look good dressed in clothes lol,and tabby cats because they are good bed mates and they will lay in your lap and let you pet them.

my favorite pets are snakes the way they feel so silky smooth is very nice against skin they are also chap to feed because they don't eat often. i don't have any at the moment tho so as far as ones i have now i love cats they are also silky and smooth but they shed on everything which can be a problem sometimes. i also love my little baby snapping turtle because hes so easy to take care of all i have to do is throw a bug or worm his way every few days n hes happy as a clam.

Dogs and cats are little angels. I love them all. As long as they're treated with love, they're a joy. We have two cats at the moment and as soon as we have the money and my health picks up enough to be able to walk them, I want to get dogs. Our cats are rescues. They're sisters and we got them as kittens and I can't imagine life without them now. Pets bring such love into your life and make up part of your family. I'm definitely an animal lover.

My favorite pet is my dog. I miss her so much. I mean she's still alive and doing real well but I don't have her. Luckily right now a good friend of mine still has her but I miss her so much. My husband said I had to give her away cause we just couldn't keep her anymore cause we move around alot. I'm so sad right now because I miss her so much.

I had two turtles and loved them. You'd be surprised at how much personality they have. I had Kevin, a female red ear slider, for 16 years and 11 months, and Teddy, a male western painted, for 7 years. They can live for up to 30 years in captivity, but from my experience that has to be very hard. They were kinda like dogs and cats, because anytime I walked by their tanks they'd get very excited. I wanted to give them to my children and build them a green house aquarium thing with water slides..but now they have all the freshwater and spinach they want...Aw, I miss them every day.:(

I love both cats as well as dog as they are great to watch as well as when you come home after having a bad day out they are always there to welcome you no matter what.

In my school days i had two cats. I used to love them like anything. But now at the age of 40, if i am asked again about petting, this time i will choose a different specis. Now i like to pet a python. So big, royal, non biting and moving with style, waaaooo. I will pet a python, friend.

My favorite is a dog, a malamute always wanted one, very smart dogs, and beautiful.

I have a pair of pet sugar gliders. They are wonderful and fun pets. Different than your hamster or dog. I love the uniqueness it offers and not to mention how cute they are. They are also hands friendly and will bond to you. I recommend you do your homework before getting one. we named ours, Yuffie and Cid from the final fantasy video games. I also ho[e to own a wiener dog some day, they are adorable, it's funny that my husband is a cat person though while I am a dog person. How is it with you guys? Do you find that your opposite in animal tastes or share the same likes with your spouse?

I love most animals but I have to say that I enjoy all cats and big dogs. Don't get me wrong, I love small dogs too - but I prefer to have bigger dogs, like my 80lbs boy!:)

We at one time had a leopard gecko that was very cool to have. Unfortunately she did not like the changing seasons that we have in Wisconsin and she only lived for a year or so but was a very cool animal to have. We now have a dog and a couple of cats.

My fav is goats I have 7 pet goats. I also have have 8 cats 5 dogs 1 bird 1 rabbit. Mostly goats and dogs are my favorite.

Dogs are always the best choice for people who want a cuddly pet...For someone who isnt all into the cuddliness then yes fish are very easy. I have had all types of animals my whole life from a fuzzy little kitten to a prickly hedghog. The next animal i want when i have the money is an iguana...yes they are kind of creepy but they seem laidback and they just look really cool. Then after that i want a bulldog just because they are so ugly and fat they are CUUUTE!

I like cats and dogs. When I was a teenager, I had kept a cat for three years before I entranced my college. Since 2001, I have kept a dog called Chihuahua for eight years till now. I like both of them.

I love cat and dog. Mine is geting along well. But cat usualy kill others small animals. It make me sad

My favorite is also dog i have a american bulldog she is the smartest dog i have ever known she is my baby she understands what me and my husband are talking about shes like a child.She was my trainer until i found out i couldnt do much walking outside she made sure i got my walk in.
