Hello,I have a little hard day today at work. I usually dont take it personally but it is just something that I dont really expect to see. Have you work as a food service? God, it is hard when you deal with people out there. They are something that you never know. sometimes, they get upset from somewhere else and then they throw at you... what are they thinking? a place to release their stress and madness? Like today, first thing I got a phone call asking if I service frog cookie? ... I asked, Frog Cookie? what is that? I sell Donuts. And then the lady on the phone said, I am looking for Frog Cookie, not Donuts. So I said, You are calling a Donuts place and Im sorry, we are serving any chip or cookie. Then it comes to customers. These girls, around 16 or 18 asking how much my Donuts are. I said, I have different prices... so which one you like? Range from 0.70 cents to $2.50 or more if you go for sandwich. Then they asking for Bear Clause and I said $1.25. She started to scream out loud, she said "You said 0.70cents and why not it costs $1.25" then I said, I said range from 0.70cents to $2.50. When I got her Bear clause then she said, she didn't ask for that. so I put it back. sometimes I feel like, they are rude and dont know what to ask and what to respond. sometimes I see kids only 8 or 10 years old, talking to me like I am their salve. How do you deal with these people? For me, I just try to make them get out of my store as fast as I can. Some people don't even know how to say Hello, or Thank you back to you. Hope you all here meet only nice people. Not Weird.
