When was the last time you felt really happy?

You know when you feel really content and happy and can't help smiling? I was sitting on the beach with my husband, the sun on our faces listening to the sea and holding hands. I felt really happy and just sat grinning like an idiot. How about you? When was the last time you felt really happy?

I remembered being very happy and couldn't left a smile on my face was when I graduated in high school. The memory is still vivid and I just can't forget that I was smiling from the start of the ceremony unil the after-party. I was just super happy during that time.

It is really good that you feel good, contented and HAPPY
The joy is unexplainable, but we felt great, every moment of it!
I am always happy and smile, (like a crazy person)..especially
when my thought wander and think about all the good times we
had with each and everyone of my family members at Club Med,
Cherating, Malaysia. Life there is so relax, no worries, food aplenty,
entertainment all day long, admiring sunrise and sunset! Best of all
is my mum, my sister, my husband ..we are all having vacation together.
With an addition of my son together for holiday, even more fun and
joyful. Thank God for the blessings :) The moments is priceless

I would have to say it has been some months since I have been REALLY happy... It was at my high school graduation and the Grad Bash after on the last day in May and the next day me and my fiance moving out together... I am happy for the most part everyday but that was when I was REALLY happy.

About a year ago. I was able to smile. Now there is a bit more effort. I am hanging in there though.
