What a bad Team lead I have

My team leader is extremely mean minded person and its driving me nuts. He is finding and applying every means to show me downwards. It is not that I am not trying for jobs. But it seems I am knocking at wrong doors. I have attended few interviews in other companies but yet to hear from them. Some companies are taking new people but when I apply I get no response. But I think I have got enough qualifications and experience. Plus the interviews were quite good.They should have informed me whatever they may decide, good or bad.I am really very worried about the situation.I know it will be good to leave this job at the earliest.

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time at work. It is very hard to work for mean people...I've experienced that before. Maybe you are over experienced and these other jobs think they have to pay you more than they want to pay out because you are overqualified. I've been told that before bluntly. lol I hope you find something soon and something that you really enjoy and where you will have nice people to work for.

Where ever we work it is best that we can get along with others. Sometimes you have to compromise the attitude of others to reach where you aim to reach. If your present working environment is not conducive then you should quit and look for a place that can fit well with you.

hi subha12 long time no see,hatley here. we have both been here for some time. I am sorry to hear that you have a team leader from hell so to speak.Are there others in the same position as he is that could put in a good word for you at all these interviews. I am sure you are a very good experienced worker and deserve to get'
a really good job.I would not hesitate to call the places where you had interviews as it might actually do some good. I hope you do get a job as soon as possible. my
own son was laid off almost a year ago and is still out of wor k, we never thought that he wo uld not get a new job soon as he is a qualified computer programmer but so far he has not found a job. it split us up so i am in a retirement center three nmiles from where he is now he did get help from the gov. to get into an apartment with three other men so they have an address so they can look for work.

good job will always be here 4 you. You just need to gain more experinece becos the better job is waiting for you, when u done recent job great. Your hardwork wont be ignored. Keep it up!!
