newly peeled banana - how to keep its fresh looking

when i'm making a banana dessert like salad, the banana easily turns to brown with slight of gray, do you have idea how to keep the fresh looking of newly peeled banana when you make a dessert?

book1962 is correct. Lemon juice will do the trick. My grandmother uses it on fruit trays at big family gatherings. It will also work on apples and keep them from turning brown as well.

yup! i tried it already and it works with banana and apples, are you fruit lover too ehanby?
