Do you know the time that you were born?

This is one question, I never knew about myself. I may have to call Medical Records at my nearest hospital. They should have this information stored there. I have all of my kids birth times on hand for my future records. I would like to know the time that I was born. That special moment is a very special time for me and to my parents. Is there any other way that I can find this out except from the hospital? What was your birth time? Please share your answers. Thanks!

Hi cream, Your Birth Certificate has the time you were born. If you don't have your Birth certificate, call the Court House and they will direct you to where you can get a copy. This of course has to be in the City in which you were born. Good luck. I once did a discussion on Early Birds and Night Owls. Research says that the time of day you were born determines whether you are a Night Owl or an Early Bird. I was born at 3:20 PM so I consider myself a Night Owl. What do you think you are? Leenie

Hi, leenie50. Good suggestion. I always wondered that about my kids as well. I may be an Early Bird. I usually get up very early in the mornings. I have a copy of my Birth Certificate in my wallet. Do you mean the longer version that is signed by the nurses in the hospital? I have a wallet sized card that I refer to when I use my Birth Certificate.

I don't know if your card has the time on it. Let me know if it does. I have never heard of a card. That would be nice to have.

Actually I do. I came into this world on November 17th (yes in my time zone, my birthday is 45 minutes from now) in the year 1966. I will be 43 years old at midnight tonight! But technically, I didn't get here until 9:35 in the morning. My mom's labor began around 11 p.m. and it took me all night to get here! Are you parents still living, or perhaps a family member that might remember the time?

Do you have your birth certificate I think it says on there. Otherwise to answer if I know what time I was born. I sure do. I was born at 10:18 am. I don't know what day of the week I was born on though. Both of my kids were born on Tuesday it was my doctors day off so she had to come in to work twice on her day off with me. One of my kids was born at 1?02 pm while the other was born at 12:09 pm.

Do your parents not know what time you were born? I'm not sure how you can find out, if you do call Medical Records, chances are they probably don't have that information anymore, because after awhile your info goes into the archives and its usually somewhere else not at the hospital, they will only keep your current info. like a couple years worth. I was born at 2:40 in the afternoon.

I was born at 9:06pm. The only other way I know of to find out is on your birth certificate. It may have the time there. I wish I could help you. Why can't you get the information from your hospital? Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

I have not yet seen my birth certificate. My father keeps it safe in his personal desk. But my mother said that I was born at 11.05 pm. It is a nice feeling to know the time of my birth. I do not have any idea on how you will get to know your birth time. But I wish you best of luck and hope that you know it some day.

I know that I was born in the wee morning hours. Could that be why I am such an early riser today?

Hello, Birth Certificate could tell or you can ask your parents or your grand parents. Sometimes parents couldn't record but grand parents always do extra work

I was born around 4 PM I believe. My son was born around 2:06 PM on a Sunday, and I must say, I'll never forget that. It was also a special moment for me as well. Great question!

I don't know what time I was born. My Mom says she doesn't remember. I would be interested in knowing though. She says I was born in the evening but she doesn't quite remember the precise time I was born.

Yes, I know my time of birth. It's printed in the birth certificate. I know how special the moment would be when delivering a baby. I have one daughter, but sadly I couldn't enjoy this special moment as I had an emergency c-section and was in sedation for nearly 3 days. :(

This is one among the questions people wonder most of their times and celebrate yearly once not clearly knowing what they were ordained for ? I was born on a fine saturday of 1986 by 3 a.m. We term wonders as the unachievable acheived, unconstructuble constructed and unattainable attained. I personally feel that being born as human itself is a wonder. The ability of a human in comaparison to any other living being marvels me and i would get dumbstruck many a times on thinking of the same.
