I'm actually at the faculty resource center of the University where I work with. It's all too silent in this area and all you could hear are the fast tapping of fingers typing on their keyboards and laptops. It's raining outside and I have decided to wait for the next period of classes here rather than going out due to the rain. I am sleepy and there's nothing else I could do but do mylot. The computer system is just too slow to do facebook games with, but well heck, I couldn't complain ,at least I'm doing something other than studying or reading (I'd surely fall faster at any rate doing such on a cold rainy day). Now, I'm really tempted to see what or how people would react if I suddenly screamed! hahhaa.. Nah, I'm not going to do it, but have you ever felt the same with me? Have you ever been curious how people would react if you suddenly screamed at a very silent or quiet room with strangers?

Yes. Especially when my girlfriend messes up or pisses me off which is often. But I dont because I'm mild mannered. I usually just walk away and ignore her so that she can come to her senses and realize what she's done or hasnt done.

Whoah, seems to me you're in a one-sided relationship.

Wow I like this discussion.I get this weird kind of ideas at times. I feel like telling a girl's name as mine to someone new or a shop keeper and see the expressions on their face as they look into a rugged man with a bushy moustache. I just like to make a splash dance in the street and walk away innocently leaving behind a gaping crowd. I just want to walk away drenching in the rain with my umbrella tucked under my arm to the bewilderment of the on lookers. Well imagining those kind of things itself is very exhilarating.Isn't it?

Wow! I'd really love to try those - but my body and fear of humiliation would stop me. Thus the ideas stay inside my head. Hahahahaa..

Hello Laydee. When I am so angry and frustrated over something I always feel like screaming to get rid of the bad feeling. But I can't just scream anywhere to anyone. :). So what I do is go to the taekwondo gym, our instructors would instruct us to scream when we kick as part of the breathing exercise. And then I get better. It really feels so good, having screamed, having perspired, and having released my emotional stress all at the same time done in a single activity. And it makes me healthy. You should try it sometime. :)

that would be boring situation which you have to deal with and when their is no conversation a silent place is like a cemetery to me. It have an effects on the mood it makes anyone feel sad, lonely and full of emotional sentiments. If the situation is so serious especially in an office situation I may not dare to scream or else everyone would surely be mad at me for disturbing their quite pace of working. In other situation I may do it as always in a funny way that it make sense, since I believe their is a need to express self when one is battle with a lot of emotions need to release it before it swallow me or else I may suffer for bout of heart attack. I do dream of shouting at the highest peak of my voice especially if it is done in a open place like in the middle of wilderness or simply on the top of the mountain and heard the echo of my voice sound back it is quite very relaxing and eases tension.

Hi laydee, The tendency to scream in inborn. As Tarzan had the that scream we too in the initial stage had screamed like that. Whenever I am in picnic and the locality is silent I prefer to scream as loud as I can be. This is interesting now as you have raised the point. Screaming is natural nut we do not do so as we are supposedly civilized.

LOL, well, I think if I screamed in a quiet room full of strangers, the people there would think I've gone bonkers or something. When I feel the urge to scream my lungs out, it's normally because someone really got on my nerves. Other than that, hmm, another instance would be when I go on thrill rides.

there are days that I want to scream.I would like to scream out of frustration.I would like to scream when I see my savings account and I get frustrated because I didn't save enough when I was younger.I feel like wanting to scream when I know of someone who goes abroad and finds a lucrative job.I want to scream when I read a story about how a simple business started and then grew towards a million-dollar company.I would like to scream in the middle of the street, with people walking around.I won't care if they call me crazy.
