freelance work

it sounds so easy and comfortable but its quiet challenging,and for newbees it gets difficult to design the terms and conditions and foremost thing is to do everything without any investment..sometimes it gets frustrating also

If you're talking about bidding sites like Getafreelancer, or sights that pay per view like Helium or AC, then yes, it's a bummer. I earn by freelancing for an online writing company who basically use freelancers to produce high quality content for their clients' websites. As far as online jobs go, it pays well - I am actually an employee, and I submit montthly invoices. To earn in freelance, you have to treat it at as regular job, and produce high quality work. Never opt for being paid less than you're worth!

I completely understand what you are saying here Gemini. It is never easy knowing that you have no complete assurance about the future of your work and if you are going to get work at all. The search actually proves to be more challenging than the work itself, provided that you have the skills for it.
