Do You Take Your Children To Chuck E Cheese?

My 3 Year Old Son Waving To Chuck E Cheese - My 3 year old son waving to Chuck E Cheese on his 3rd birthday, Nov 16, 2009.

Yesterday was my son's 3rd birthday, so I took the day off of work and spent it with him. I took him to Chuck E Cheese to play games and eat pizza. He had a blast! I always look for coupons for Chuck E Cheese because my children love going there and it is fairly reasonable. Do you take your children to Chuck E Cheese?

Yes, we do. I can recall taking my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese's when she was young and she is 38 now so the place has been around awhile. My granddaughter used to love to go and now she goes and helps my grandson play on all the games. It is a two generational place so far.

Well this has always been Chuck E. Cheese's and I remember when they first came here there was alot of hype my daughter was just beside herself when I took her. Now they don't even play the robotic characters anymore. It is sort of sad.

Really? That is a robotic Chuck E Cheese that my son was waving too in the picture I uploaded. He sang off and on when we were there, my son loved it!

Yes, I am 31 and I remember going to Show Biz Pizza. I'm not sure but I think Chuck E Cheese is the old Show Biz or maybe they bought them out or something, I'm not sure, but I remember it was a bunch of bears who would sing on stage.

I have never taken my kids to Chuck E Cheeses yet, I would really like to though. We have one about 56 miles away from here so it would have to be on a day when we can just make a day of it probably sometime in the summer but that might actually work out for the best because both of them have their birthdays in May only two days apart from one another, I will probably have to make sure I do it some time soon because this year they will be eleven and nine so I am sure they will start to grow out of Chuck E Cheese sometime here soon.

Hi there single mommy :P Sorry if i forgot, but can you tell me your name ? It's been a while and it feels a bit strange to call you like this. And now to get on topic: Well i don't have children (i am still young myself) but i have never seen a Chuck E Cheese. How is it ? I mean i heard of it but is it good (i mean the quality). Apart from The USA, can we find it somewhere else ? :P Take care, Alex.

Hi, my name is Terri. I'm not sure if there are any Chuck E Cheeses in other countries or not but I'm sure there is probably something similar.

My kids love Chuck E cheeses!!!!! I took them last month and they both had a blast and by the time we left I was exhausted! I get several coupons a month from them and they are always good ones. I hate to admit it but I think I enjoy playing some of the games just as much as they do sometimes!

It's been a while since we've been but we do take our children to Chuck E Cheeses. They always have a fun time, but sometimes it's more of a hassle than it's worth. We have found that alot of the parents that go to ours think it's a free babysitting place. They let their kids run wild and don't watch them, and with us having younger children the older kids always run over ours even with us standing there. That's why we've back off from going.

I have never had the opportunity to take my daughter to Chuck E Cheese before. We do not live close enough to go to one. I have been to one when I was younger though and I really liked it.

My son has been to Chuck E Cheese once, but I have never taken my daughter there. The one time that my son went it was so crazy busy and crowded it made me not want to go back. My son is always asking me to take him, but I have not done it yet. Happy belated Birthday to your son.

My children are grown and don't have any kids of their own so I have no reason to go there now but I had my youngest son's 9th birthday party there. They all had a blast! I ended up with a monster of a headache, though. I don't recommend having a party there unless you bring ear plugs with you. LOL

Occasionally we will take my little 7 year old sister there. The food is a big rip, so we always try to sneak in some of our own home-made stuff instead of having to buy $7 salads and whatnot. . But shhh..Don't tell on us. lol. I think it's an awesome place for little kids - I remember having SO much fun there as a kid (although I mainly went to Circus Pizza, but it's the same thing concept.) We don't take my sister there often enough, probably once or twice a year. But it's expensive and WE can never find any coupons for them! Where do you get your coupons?

Happy Belated Birthday to your son! :) My son loves Chuck E Cheese's. We went there quite a few times this past summer. I don't drive, so we took the bus there. Chuck E Cheese's coupons can usually be found in the newspaper in those coupon books. I don't even like pizza, but when we go to Chuck E Cheese's, I actually do eat their pizza because it's pretty good! Their mozzarella sticks are good too. We also went to a birthday party there, but they don't make the place private when there are parties. There are still lots of other kids and parents there on all the rides and stuff. Your table and party is area is private, but it'd be nice if just the people in your party would have the rest of the place to themselves...that'd be cool, but I guess Chuck E Cheese's would miss out on a lot of money by doing that.

Wow...those are still around??! ll...We used to take my sepson there when he was 4-5 or so, ....he's almost 20 now. And Safari Sam's, which is almost the same. The kids enjoyed it, which made us happy. Yeah, over-priced a bit, but worth it in the long run.

My mom doesn't really like to take us there only because once we went for my sister's birthday, and the service was terrible. The pizza wasn't that good, either, and the games weren't that fun. I still love Chuck E. Cheese's, though, even after all of these bad things. Why, you ask? Because of Chuck himself! I freaked out when he came out, and had a lot of fun chasing him around. Is it weird that I was in 6th grade when this all happened?
