hi,everyone.people always say girls love eating snacks.i am a girl and i really love snacks such as potato chips,yogurts, candy,cookies and so on.i am still a student now and buying the snacks is the major expenditure in my every month's budget.i know some of them are junk food and eating too much is harm to your health.lol,but i still love to....i am wondering whether you like eating snacks .if so,can you give me some advise about you how to eat snacks in a healthy way? thanks in advance

I enjoy eating snacks, too. Mine would be biscuits and not crisps. I try not to have too much junk food but sometimes I admit that I have more than whats good for me. If you want healthy snacks, stick to fruits and nuts.

there is no way to eat healthy with those kinds of foods. unless you are a body builder you can pretty much anything you want and burn it off quickly the only thing you can do is eat less of it. but hey who can blame you i like chips more then anything its just do hard to resist it

I do not like to eat snacks, it is not good to our health. Yes, many people love eating snacks, i think it is better for you to eat bland food. for example: fruit, vetetable. And eat less fried food, heavy food. But on another hand, if you enjoy it, just eat and take exercise.

I love snacks too and I try my best to cut my intake. What I do is that I limit the number of times i buy every month. I buy twice a month and soon I cut it to once a month. Keep healthy.

Yes, I like eating snacks. Such as potato chips, candies, chocolates, dried beef and so on. But now I try to avoid it and eat some healthy snacks. Because I don't want to be a bad example to my son. I love China

I snack on things all the time. Some snacks are healthy, some are not. I can go from canned fruits, potato fries to junk foods. And I agree with you, it has gone into my regular grocery budget.

i am also a gril ,but i few eat snacks ,not because i don't like them ,because most of them are junk food ,eat more will harm your body health and your skin ,the skin will become worse and worse ,this is the most important question i don't want to eat snacks .

Yes I think everyone likes snacks and so do I .Lateley however,I have been trying to avoid snacks due the fact that I am concerned about my health.I have noticed that my mid section has been increasing and my stammina has been decreased .Consequently I am keeping my consumption of such snack products to a minimum maybe one every three months and only a few packs of such snacks

Yogurt and potato chips are ok. I usually eat snacks every 4 hours and I think that is the healthy way of eating snacks.

I love snacks! I shop at Wholefoods and they offer a lot of healthy snacks, like dried fruit, or sugar free candy, or healthy potato chips. They make a lot of their own cakes and snacks in their bakery and they usually use a lot of healthier ingredients compared to the ingredients snack companies use.

I love my snacks too.. Ice cream is my weakness.. However I am very weight conscious and Believe me as much as I eat junk I try to eat healthy too. I will always keep veggies like carrots, peppers, broccoli in the house and eat them raw and dip them in ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing with it.. The dressing makes it seem fattening..haha

Dear mcongy!! Eating snacks can but you need to know the limit of it. I also like eating snacks especially after dinner..need to have something sweet like cakes or biscuits. There's is no healthy way of eating snacks because snacks is not healthy.....hehehehehe Therefore, just enjoy your life now...whatever you like to taste or eat, buy and enjoy...

eating snacks - When I have some spare time, I tend to spend the time on the Internet. Then I often lkie eating various kinds of snacks. Of course, we can eat some snacks now and then, but it is not wise to regard snacks as our meals.
I really like eating snacks even if my friends always say that I'm too weird and I shouldn't be eating them. Usually, when I have some spare time, I tend to spend the time on the Internet. Then I often lkie eating various kinds of snacks. Sometimes, if I have forgotten to have a meal on time, then I eat snacks as my meals too. Although people think eating snacks is helpless to our body for most kinds of snacks are junk food, I really lkie it, which is a part of my daily life indeed. In my eyes, we can eat some snacks now and then, but it is not wise to regard snacks as our meals.

I really love eating snacks while watching movies in a cinema or at home.(it doesn't matter)I advise that you eat snacks not like a meal. Just drink a lot of water after eating because it may cause some effects on your health if you don't.

I love snacks. I eat when hanging out with friends or alone. but I rarely eat when you're having events. perhaps by extending the activities, you can reduce the consumption of snack food

Hi mcongy,Yes,i do sometimes.,even it's unhealthy.My doctor said that avoid eating between meals,but there are times that i cant control.But now i try to lessen it if i want to eat snacks,i just take i piece ripe banana.' Thanks,Have a great day!

it is good to have snacks but limit it to at least 25% percent. it is good that you are having snacks because this will make you smarter and your mouth will not get spoiled.
