Which is worse, raping someone or murdering them?

If you murder someone, their life is over.
If you rape them, they are still alive but they will live with that the rest of their life. Especially if it's a child.

What kind of question is this? if you murder someone or rape a person you have to live with it,. unless you are cold. and to Rape a person, they have go thourgh life not been sure of any every one. you leave then without trust. and to murder... need i say more. BOTH!!! you can get 25 to life for both.

Which is worse on the victim though. The fact they no longer are alive or having to live with the horror of being raped?

I think for the victim, rape would be worse since the victim is still alive to deal with the trauma. On the other hand, the family of the victim has to deal with lifetime trauma of losing a loved one in a violent manor if the victim is murdered. So I would have to ask which viewpoint we are looking at this from. Either is a horendous act and very traumatic for any victim. We should all try to get along and not take anything that is not ours. :)

well, both are bad. there isnt one that is better than the other. i mean, either way you are killing the person or a part of the person. you are taking something away from them that they can never get back. either way someone is going to suffer...the victim and his/her family and friends.

I would be believe raping some one. The person who is raped has to live with that for the rest of thier lives. They more than likely will also have mightmears about what happened. If you are murder it over for you and then that is it. So yes I agree with you 100%
