I just read about somewhere you can send a free card to all the US servicemen and women who are overseas in the military. If you'd like to send one, the link is http://www.letssaythanks.com/Home1280.html I think this is a wonderful idea and an easy way to express thanks. I also think it will help a little will keeping morale up for our troops. What do you think? My boyfriend just got out of the Marines and my brother just decided to join, so I am thinking of him and all the other troops! Much love!

I understand if you don't support what the government is doing. I don't, either, but I still appreciate that people are giving up their times at home with their friends and family, and sometimes even their lives, for me and the country. Whether or not I agree with the politics surrounding it all, I still appreciate their efforts. They are not the ones that made our country go to war, they are just trying to perform a service for the country as a whole.

true, but you should look at the motive why the USA went to war? Will you let one of your sons go if the motive behind the war was bad like money?

Thank you Bethany for this link. I am going to send it to everyone I know. Extend my thanks to your boyfriend and brother for the wonderful service they do. Whether we know it or not, we need them. They are appreciated. It is said "They also serve who only sit and wait." So thank you, too Bethany. I'm sure it is not easy waiting for a loved one to return home.

This is awesome! I will pass on the link to several others that I know. We are gathering items to send boxes to some that are connected to those in my church. We will send the first of the year. That would put the stuff there sometime late January or early February, which I'm told is when there is a huge new group coming in to Ramadon
