My Sister Died

I received a call last night around 12:30. The woman on the other line said that my sister Suzzie had a heart attack and died. She was 40 years old. I have spent the day in bed and have not moved, but I cried a lot, actually I am still crying. She was so young, I don't understand how this happens. I have spent the day receiving messages on facebook from the officers of Henry County policy, my sister was a 911 operator. I am surprised to learn that my Suzzie spent a lot of time talking about me. To the point that most people that she worked with feel like they already know me eventhough we have never met. I don't know how to explain to my youngest daughter that Aunt Suzzie is gone. Goodbye Suzzie, I love you and I will miss you.

So sorry to hear about your sister my thoughts will be with you. It is hard to accept when we lose someone that is much to young to go and even harder when we have to explain it to our young ones. My mother passed away a few years ago and having to try and explain it to my two year old was do hard for me as they were so close. Now my every time my daughter goes outside at night she looks at the stars and talks to her grandma and will ask which star she is in. I don't know where she came up with the idea but it has helped her a lot.

My deepest sympathies on the loss of your sister. It is so hard when you are close to your family and to have something like this happen. Within a 2 week period of time, I have lost 2 of my Aunts and 1 Uncle. It has only been a few weeks since their passing and I sill feel a bit lost. I was very close to them all. I pray that you and your family will be okay and that you will find comfort in knowing that your sister is still and will always be with you. Blessings

I am sorry to hear your lost and condolence. It is really hard to lose one of the family members, your sister seems to love you so much. But I think it's about time for her to leave this place and I believe that she is happy and peaceful in the place where she is right now.

I am so sorry for your loss. We lost my brother two years ago. It happened so suddenly and it took me along time to get over it, I still cry from time to time reading discussions and responding to discussions like this one. I hope that you can cope quickly. I know praying helped me, and knowing that my brother is always a glance to the sky and a simple "hello and I miss you" away. It's okay to talk to them, I believe they listen... I'm sorry I don't mean to stomp on you, I don't know your religion or if you are religious. Please forgive me. My Niece and Nephew which are also my late brother's Niece and Nephew seemed to take it well. They are still young though. I believe that children can see angels, so your youngest may already see her aunt.
