It is said most men use belly breathing, while most women chest breathing. Specialists suggest all need to practise belly breathing for better oxygen circulation. Do you use chest breathing or belly breathing?

Adults can still resort to belly breathing in certain cases. It needs practice before obtaining the advantages.

when i'm working out i use bellly breathing and i breath with my mouth and nose to get extra oxygen in my brain to avoid fainting during my heavy lift, belly breathing, also know as diaphragmatic breathing is better than chest breathing this is because you are breathing in more oxygen and expelling more carbon dioxide and in addition belly breathing you are contracting you stomach muscle which a big help if your working you abs..

Thanks for responding. Yes, in addition to better oxygen circulation, the muscle movement adds merit for health.

Oxygen is very essential to survive, so one should know how to breathe.... to keep the body healthy and hale. As a child everyone will breathe from the stomach, which can be easily seen, which is the most appropriate and natural way of breathing, gradually when the child grows it will forget the belly breathing and start breathing from the chest. Belly breathing is nothing but deep inhale and exhale.
