I like almond milk. I like to make it at home. It is a bit of work but it really hits the spot for me.

It is a little bit of work. First you have to blanch the almonds to get the outer skin off. Once the skin is removed, you add some water (I don't remember how much) and blend in blender. It may be 1 cup of almonds to 2 cups of water. Some people like to put a pinch of salt in, (I skip it) and I add some honey to taste.

I would have to chose yogurt. I like the consentancy and all the different flavors. They even have chocolate now. I am not too big on milk except for cereal or somthing. Soymilk is good for me and I do drink it when I think of it but it is alittle odd in the flavor department so it isn't really a favorite.

I prefer yoghurt because it is more delicious, nutritious and contains live microorganisms that fights bad bacteria. Yoghurt keeps the digestive tract clean giving easy digestion and prevents constipation. I prefer yogurt from Nestle and probiotics.

On the rare occassions that I add anything to my coffee it is soymilk. The majority of the time I will drink my coffee black.
I cut out milk over ten years ago after being told that cutting out diary products would be better for me as I suffer from asthma which is always worse in the winter. I have found that my asthma is easier during winter and when I have a cold. Also at this times I eat less chesse and chocolate too.
I have tried milk since and as it has been that long since I drank it the taste is disgusting.

I usually drink fat milk. I have never tried soymilk and I must admit I feel curious about it, but I always end up buying fat milk. I also use it to cook sometimes, you can make pretty good stuff with it

I prefer yoghourt, which helps a lot for digestion. Milk is said to be good, but does not fit for a lot of asian people. I rarely take soymilk.

Without cheking your profile I can reckon you are from China. It seems just Chinese people believe that yoghurt is good for our skin. In fact there is no difference between these three drinks you mentioned. Here I can have milk and yoghurt as much as I want, but I can’t have soymilk. I really miss soymilk. If I can I would have soymilk regularly for a change.

I have tried all three of those things. I just like to drink milk more than those other ones. I don't mind having a yogurt every once in a while. All those thing are good for protein and Vitamin A & D. So i would recommend people try it.
