Every week? one time in a month or just sometimes when you remember that you have one in your home? Is wight control an obsession? or just try to keep your weight in normal standards? Are you sure that your weight control is neccesary to keep your health good? I have one. I bought it when I went on my diet to see how much weight I was losing. I am sure that is normal to have a weighing scale in our home, to see if we have right weight. your opinion please.

I have one. It's in my bathroom. I'm glad I have it because I'm in the process of losing weight. So it's good to have it to be able to weigh myself. I don't use that much each week though. I try to weigh myself only once or twice a week.

I have one, but never use it! I figure when my clothes start falling off of me, I know that I have lost weight. I don't need the scale to tell me. If I feel healthy, and am not into size triple, triple, X, then I am comfortable.

yes i do. i never bothered to use it but now i step on it almost every day at the same time to check my weight because i am on a diet. i should have checked my weight more often in the past. i think it's necessary for households to have weighing scales at home.

I gave my bathroom scales a kick out of the door about 10 years ago, and never regret it. I know if I put on weight when my jeans don't fit[ which don't happen very often] and then is time to cut down on my favourite foods, I never on a diet the reason? I don't believe in it all this food trends and diet are just that trends and next year we will have something new.

i have no weighing scale at home. but my aunt has one. because she wants to lose weight. but in fact, i seldom find her to use it to warm her to control her weight, only when we talk abt the weight, she'll go to use it, and then shout again.

I have no weighing scale at my house since I am skinny and how much I tired to gain more weight is a failure.

I bought a weighing scale because I wanted to make sure that I was losing weight, and 2 days after buying it I reached my perfect weight, so now I rarely use it. Seems that the weighing scale I bought has brought me good luck.

My bathroom at home is so tiny, I don't even have room to close the door when I go in there to take a shower, therefore I don't have room to have a weight scale on the floor either. Also, I need one that lights up in order for me to see it, and those are kindof expensive, and hard to find around here.

we dont have scales at home. i dont feel that they are necessary for me. i mean, your health depends on how you feel. i am an active person and am fairly skinny but have a lot of muscle mass as the sports i compete in are power and speed sports. muscle mass weighs more than fat which means i may weigh more than someone slightly larger than me. my BMI is usually high in the healthy range. but when my doctor looked at me he believed me to be underweight until he weighed me. i know that i am healthy. i know that i eat well and that i am fit enough to live my life the way i like. i can recognise when my body shape changes (which is rarely) and will do something about it. i dont believe i need scales or that i need to weigh myself.

Yes, actually we have 3, but I only use one. I use it on and off. Sometimes I would weigh everyday, in the morning as soon as I wake up. Like before my 2 cousins' and my friend's marriages last month and the month before. I would weigh to check my weight everyday, because I was dieting heheheh. Now that the weddings are over, and the next wedding I'll be attending will be next year, I've stopped obsessing over my weight and consequently also stopped getting on the weighing scale. Beginning December though, I'll be working out (or trying to LOL) so my weighing scale will be put to good use again. I think to stay in good health, weight control is important, provided it is done correctly, and not in a manner that would harm yourself, like taking diet pills with ephedrine or over-exercising.

I have a weighing scale and I bought it while I was going on my diet too. And I lost about 10-15 pounds. So now I weigh myself about every day or every other day that way I know if I am gaining or losing. I don't think its an obessession I just want to always know where my weight is at and I think that is important.

hi ice! yup i had one in my room though is not digital but it's accurate, i bought it before i start my gym workout last january this year, it's significant for me to monitor my weight in a weekly basis so i can monitor my progress at the gym, the right portion of muscles and fat in my body
