Hello Mylot friends this is checkmail and myself I do a lot o warmup before my excercises workout, as it avoids any stiffness during the workouts.According to me, body warmup is an must before doing some workouts, as it stimulates the muscles and blood flow within our body. Thus helps in maintaining an flexible body for workouts else have to face pro like the cramps, body balls, pain, etc. After doing warm up myself i feel a little buit refreshed and like am use to it, so there is no further pro for me to continue with mine workout, excercises. What about you do you do warm up before exercises?

When I was younger and used to play cricket with the under 19 teams we used to run around the stadium 3 times as a warm up. Then only our exercises would begin and after that the net practice. Similarly, if I go to the gym I will first run on the treadmill or around the gym and then only start with the exercises. That is necessary so that you warm up your muscles, otherwise you can tear them and cause yourself unnecessary damage. Cheers! Ram

Hello ram_cv this is checkmail and thsnka for responding to the warmup discussion and sharing in your experience with us.In my case too i was playing too much of cricket during my school days.We too need to run around our ground 4-5 times as warmup exercise, it really feels fresh and energetic after doing warmup exercise, especially running makes the body ready to go for workouts.Anyways enjoy your fitness workout, and keep it up

Hello BART78 this is checkmail and thanks for responding to mine disucssion of exercise warmup.Yeah warmup before exercises is neccessary in order as it flexes our muscles before going through strength training.Even warm up corrects the circulation of blood within our body, and even shrink off the laziness in us.Its better to follow exercise after doing some warmup.Keep it up.

First, please don't laugh! But I use an old workout video my mom had lying around from the early 90's to workout. It's an hour long tape, and it goes through a three warm up sessions, two cardio sessions, one stretching session, and two cool down sessions. It's wonderful for me, because it has everything I need in one video. I don't like the fact that it's so old, but hey - it works, so why complain? So yes, I do warm up quite a bit before I get to the tougher stuff.

Hello TickleMeBreathless this is checkmail and thanks for responding to the discussion of warmup before exercises.Yeah its great to feel our body before the actual exercises begins.Well the old or new warm up exercises doesn't matter that much, as they all in same, just a little diff.Yeah its essential to do warmup as it circulates our blood and fluid in our body properly before the exercise begins. It also reduces our laziness prior to exercise and creates excitment in us.Keep it up.
