How do you cope with life's challenges?

Many things happen in our lives everyday.. and we can't avoid facing challenges.. how do you cope with these challenges? Do you always look up to God?

I always ask God for guidance even that challenges is a little to face with. Because no one better to mediate our trials in life but God. After praying looking up for the best solution in that trials then face it with God help...
