what am i cooking tonite?

well, i decided to make roast pork and salads for dinner tonite! however, can anyone teach me how to make good roast pork? cos each time the skin i made isnt so crispy! is there any secret way to make it crispy? i ususally use put olive oil and salt on the skin, leave it in the oven on 220c for about 30 mins, then turn down to 180c... is it the correct way to do it? pls advise
